The legislation of the Kyrghyz Republic provides for the formation of single or multipurpose farmers' organizations. The present model charter is designed for Associations having exclusively the objective of managing the irrigation system. In case multipurpose organizations are created, the provisions regarding the other activities of the Association will have to be added. | |||
